awesome location, super clean!

helpful staff great perk perfect location

I really enjoyed the helpful staff. they held my luggage before check-in and after check-out, a total lifesaver. the room had a great sky package, complete with movies and sports. That was a fantastic perk for downtime. the hotel's location is perfect, super close to victoria station.

the room was a bit smaller than i thought it would be.

i found free coffee available,. staff were friendly, they addressed my questions. the location proved very convenient, being near victoria station.

the room itself felt a bit tight, especially with luggage. space was limited.

compact comfort, prime location!

I arrived before the official check-in time and the staff accommodated me by checking me in early, i was thankful. this allowed me to store my luggage securely and explore the city without heavy bags. the location proved ideal for seeing central areas without excessive costs. Victoria station's proximity provided convenient access to several lines.

the room's compact size was a slight drawback, it felt rather tight, especially with luggage.

The crisp, clean sheets and super clean bathroom were particularly welcome. amenities encompassed a kettle with tea, coffee, and cocoa providing nice options for hot beverages in the room. the room design maximized the limited space, still offering good functionality.

The reception area was super clean and well-kept giving a positive first impression, i liked it. a breakfast option was available at a reasonable price, giving convenience. there was complimentary wine and cheese on tuesday and saturday evenings. This added social value to the experience.

small room and some maintenance issues

small room bathroom door

the room was quite small i could barely move around the bed felt shorter than expected it was a queen room so i expected more space the bathroom door seemed misaligned it made a scraping noise when i closed it a faulty hairdryer was also a problem i requested a replacement but it never arrived

The location was excellent as it was in close proximity to the station. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean.

The room was very small. There was no wardrobe, just a few hooks on the back of the door. The hairdryer in the room did not work.

the location was really convenient for getting around.

The room was so small, moving around with luggage proved difficult. the lack of housekeeping was disappointing. I wasnt told about specific service days. also, no soap or shampoo were available in the room.
